In the earliest days of the journey, it was only cutlery that was shaped at Venus and that too in brass but later on the company widened its vistas and today what is it that is not manufactured at the Venus. Cutlery, candelabras, wall scones, hurricanes, jewellery boxes, lamps, jewellery, bar accessories, bathroom accessories, curtain brackets, photo frames, wall clocks and most of the Indian handicrafts have become life and soul of the Venus. For example, in case, candelabras are to be produced, one person will look into all the paper formalities prior to production, thereafter, raw material would be arranged by the second, third will handle the raw material for moulding process. Following that, various other processes would be conducted by different people sequentially to bring out the glistening final product. For the assessment of quality, there are experts who examine the products again and again at each and every step of the manufacturing process. After they are thoroughly satisfied, they assign to the products, a mark of quality.
